Consultations

Planning pet travel can be complex, and every destination has different health and documentation requirements. We designed our consultations to provide you with personalised, professional, veterinary-led advice every step of the way, tailored to your pet’s unique needs and journey.

What a Consultation Is

A consultation is a one-on-one session with our experienced veterinarians. During this session, we review your pet’s medical history, vaccination records, and travel plans to identify the requirements specific to your destination.

How It Works

Book a paid consultation! Our team will get in touch to gather the essential details about your pet and intended destination. Our guidance is clear and personalised.

You’ll submit documents, such as test results, vaccinations, and the microchip, for our review before the consultation appointment. You’ll receive a summary plan with timelines to keep your pet’s travel preparations on track. If needed, we also offer follow-up consultations to address any additional questions or changes to your travel plans.

When do we offer consultations?

Consultations are by appointment Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (EST). We recommend scheduling your first session at least three to six months before travel, especially if your destination has strict entry rules (such as the U.K., Australia, Jamaica, or the E.U.).

Why It Matters

We provide professional veterinary and compliance oversight, so you’ll have confidence that your pet’s travel is compliant with your destination’s requirements (you don’t want to miss a single step that could delay your pet’s journey). Our consultation ensures everything, from microchipping and rabies testing to health certificates, is completed accurately and within the export window.
